PRINCIPAL SURVEYORS:

DAVID ASPEY BLE MRICS

David joined IPPS in 1995 from a large regional firm of Estate Agents and Surveyors. He undertakes Building Surveys, Homebuyers Surveys and also commercial and residential valuation work. He also specializes in leasehold and freehold valuation work and can advise lessees and freeholders in the cost of obtaining a new lease or buying the freehold.

Piers joined IPPS in 1997. Previously he was a partner in a Surveying and Estate Agency Practice in East Anglia and before that in Sussex and London. He undertakes Homebuyer Surveys, Building Surveys and residential valuation work

TONY PEARSON MRICS

Tony was appointed an Associate Partner with Sussex Surveyors in 2007 having worked with the existing partnership as a residential and commercial Valuer for the past 2 years.

The team is supported by Helen Wright and Amy Bluck while Carol Carter deals with the firm's finances.
