David joined in 1994 from Hamptons. He specialises in Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and also commercial and residential valuation work. He also has expertise in leasehold and freehold valuation work and can advise lessees and freeholders in the cost of obtaining a new lease or buying the freehold. He acts for several block managing agents and regular repeat clients in the provision of valuation and specifications for building works.
He is an active member of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Assocation having been President in 2009/10 and is on the committee for the Sussex branch of the RICS.
Piers joined in 1997. He is a third generation surveyor with experience within London and the provinces. He undertakes HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys and residential valuation work as well as Domestic Energy Assessments, commercial rent reviews and schedules of dilapidations.
Tony was appointed an Associate member of the LLP in 2007 having worked with the existing partnership as a residential and commercial Valuer for 2 years. In 2008 Tony was Accredited to complete Energy Performance Certificates on Non Domestic Property through the RICS Scheme and carries out commercial EPC’s throughout the South of England. Tony is also available for Party Wall matters whilst also completing valuation and development appraisals for developers and Housing Associations.
The team is supported by Helen Wright and Paula Bayton, while Carol Carter deals with the firm's finances.
